PRIVACY POLICY
Ebabybuys.com will endeavor to keep your personal details private and secure. We will not sell, or share your personal details with third-parties, except in so far as is strictly necessary to process your order (this may include clearance of payment and delivery instructions to couriers).
We only make use of any telephone contact details in relation to your immediate order or enquiry, and will not use these for any subsequent unsolicited promotional or marketing activity.
The Policies stated on this page take effect from 16 july 2009 until superseded by revisions posted here.

TERMS OF BUSINESS
Payment
All prices on this site include VAT at the appropriate rate. Delivery is charged on a per order basis.
Methods of Payment
we are happy to accept cash for collection of goods. Cheques can be posted or paid directly (Please allow 7 working days for clearance following receipt with ebabybuys.com) before goods are shipped. Cash can also be paid into any This clears instantly and is our preferred method of payment for large order only items. BACS transfer is also a option. These two options will ensure that goods can be ordered and delivered swiftly. Credit and Debit cards can be used via our secure service through Paypal
All goods sold by ebabybuys.com remain the property of ebabybuys.com until full payment has been received. Goods will only be dispatched once full payment has cleared.
Processing and Delivery
We will keep you informed of the progress of your order:
• On receipt of your order we will confirm the details with you and advise you of the expected delivery timescale.
• We will attempt to contact you when the goods are ready for dispatch and, for large items, will endeavour to arrange a delivery date with the carrier which is convenient for you (please note however, our standard delivery is not a guaranteed service).
Whilst every care is taken to ensure accuracy, prices and specifications are subject to change without notice. In the event that such changes occur we will advise you of this when confirming your order and offer you the option to withdraw your order or to select an alternative product. Prices quoted on confirmation of your order will be honored regardless of subsequent price movement before dispatch.
We aim to fulfill orders from stock within seven working days. However, some larger items such as furniture and prams may have a lead time from our suppliers of between four and six weeks. Special order items are required to be paid for at the time of order.
In the event that we are unable to fulfill your order within the normal delivery period, we will contact you as soon as this is known and offer you the option to withdraw your order or to select an alternative product. Should an item be unavailable, we will contact you as soon as this is known and in these circumstances we reserve the right to cancel the order.
Dispatch of Part Orders
ebabybuys.com will not normally dispatch part orders. However, where an item is on extended delivery and this would result in undue delay to the dispatch of a larger order, we may with your agreement and at no extra cost to you, forward a part order.

RETURNS POLICY
On Receipt of the Goods
If you are at all unhappy with the contents of your order on receipt, please contact us as soon as possible to allow us the opportunity to resolve the problem:
• All goods must be inspected by you upon receipt and any damage in transit or shortages must be notified to ebabybuys.com within 24 hours of receipt. No claims for damage in transit or shortages will be considered after this period.
• Where goods have been damaged in transit, we will arrange for collection and offer you the choice of a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you. In circumstances where the packaging is clearly damaged on arrival, it would be helpful to us in resolving any problem if, when signing to accept delivery, you could write 'Box damaged' on the delivery record.
• Where goods are found to be faulty on receipt within 24 hrs of delivery and before any use has taken place please contact us and we will assist you.
• If you receive your order in good condition but you consider any item to be unsuitable, you may return it for a refund (see above exclusions christening formal wear and mattresses) provided that you do so within 7 days of receipt and the item is returned in its original saleable condition and in its original packaging. In these circumstances you will be responsible for meeting the full cost of the return carriage. You must also pay for trackable postage - proof of posting is not proof of delivery. WE EXCHANGE ONLY

no return on audio CDs, nor assembled furniture unless faulty. When ordering assembled furniture please check that access to your premises will accommodate delivery.
Failure within the Guarantee Period
Proof of purchase must be supplied before warranty repairs can be accepted.
Where goods fail during the guarantee period we will contact the manufactuer and ask them to, arrange for collection and, on inspection, if the fault is confirmed to be due to a manufacturing defect, we will arrange repair (or replacement if the goods cannot be repaired). No refund will be issued unless tested by original manufacturer. ebabybuys.com is a retailer and can not test equipment. Wheeled Goods must be returned in the original box to prevent further damage in transit.
If however, the fault is found to be due to normal wear and tear, misuse or accidental damage, we will provide a quote for rectifying the problem and you will be responsible for meeting the full cost of carriage charges. We will not go ahead with any replacement part or repair until it has been agreed and paid in full.
Customers Outside of the Uk
We are happy to deliver to overseas customers Please contact customer care in relation to your location and item (s) required before adding items to basket.
The cost of any local taxes must be met by the customer.
Accidental Damage
For goods which sustain accidental damage whilst in day-to-day use we will be happy to obtain a quote to repair the problem. In these circumstances you will be responsible for meeting any carriage charges; it may be necessary to return the item to us for inspection to assess the extent of the problem.
Whilst great care has been taken with the representation of products on this site, limitations of the processes involved in bringing the images to your screen mean that we are unable to guarantee that the colouring exactly matches that of the original products.
The Terms of Business stated on this page govern all transactions, between ebabybuys.com and its customers, affected on or after 1st March 2007 until superseded by revisions posted here. Any contract between ebabybuys.com and its customers shall be governed by English law and all correspondence shall be conducted in the English language.

MAIL ORDER CHARGES
Weekday delivery to addresses within the UK Mainland is charged at a minimum of £2.99 with costs rising depending on the weight of the item. Larger items are usually delivered by Overnight courier. for items under are delivered by overnight courier please see item at checkout for exact postage charge. This charge varies depending on items and shipping requirements (weight) and (location).
Exceptions: Customers requiring delivery to some UK postcode areas (mainly Highlands & Islands) may be charged an additional carriage fee. We will advise of any charges prior to despatch. Please contact customer care on 0191 2568208 for exact cost
If necessary, Saturday delivery or delivery outside the UK Mainland can be arranged but will be charged at cost (we will advise the charge when we confirm your order).

Whilst great care has been taken with the representation of products on this site, limitations of the processes involved in bringing the images to your screen mean that we are unable to guarantee that the colouring exactly matches that of the original products. If this is an important consideration in your choice of item please contact us to inspect the goods in person, or to request a catalogue. Occasionally items may arrive updated from the manufacturer colours, design etc... (hand made pram quilts only) and we may not have updated the image in this instance we will offer a refund to
